Came here for 3 nights with my family members, had a very pleasant stay. The staff was amicable and catered to my every need. I had a chalet with a view to garden. No reason to complain, I loved staying in this place.

During our six-night stay at this hotel, everything was lovely, as we really enjoyed our incredibly comfortable room and the perfect location in a nice area.

The holiday decorations and festive atmosphere at the hotel during Christmas were enjoyable. The hot cocoa and Christmas cookies offered in the lobby were a nice touch. The location of the hotel near the town center and close to public transport made it convenient for exploring the area.

The hotel rooms were not clean, with dirty bedsheets and stained carpets. The heating system did not work properly, and we were left feeling cold throughout our entire stay.

We had a great stay in a spotless chalet with a well-equipped kitchen and appliances for cleaning. The staff was friendly and the location was pleasant, relaxing, and away from city life, near a farm. The hotel facilities like the playground and pool were well-maintained. We were able to park easily and transportation was convenient.
